Lucid Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Lucid purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, stickers, cards and packaging intact. if failed to meet this term, refund will be invalid.

If package is shown in picture to be delivered to your location, and you say you have not received the item, refund is not eligible. 

2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

Contact Us – Email us at Lucidclothinguk0@gmail.com with your order number, reason for the refund request, and photos (if applicable, or find the email attached to your order and request the refund yourself.

Create a refund request through your email confirmation.

Wait for Approval – Our team will aim to review your request and respond within 24 hours

Return the Item – If approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We also offer exchanges for change in sizes, which the buyer will receive an invoice to cover the cost of the shipping.

Receive Your Refund – Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 2-5 business days to the original payment method.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

4. Exchanges
We do offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please email us with the size you would like to exchange and we will get it sorted. You will need to send the item back yourself and once we receive and inspect it your new item will be shipped. An invoice of the shipping payment will be sent and must be completed before we ship out new item.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 14 business days, please:

6. Pre Orders

All pre-orders are non-refundable.
By placing a pre-order, you agree to the estimated shipping timeframe provided. Please note that dates may change — any updates will be shared through our official channels.

If you are in need of a change of size, please contact us. We will see if we have any other available sizes, however it is not guaranteed you will get a change.
